REALIZATION ! (WKOA)

G'day All!
Itz been a terrifying week!
Madness and chaos overwhelmed my world, in the form that fed upon itself, growing stronger and stronger until a trip to the doctors was a must.
I looked out from the Yot at a world I didn't recognise or want 2B part of.
I'm only now beginning to get sleep and food back into my system after near on a week of insomnia and panic.
What triggered this decent...?
"a perfect storm!" and I don't mean the meteorological style.
Several bad news phone calls and a bit of Mango madness saw me fall quickly into a stark world of blacks and whites where everyone and thing made me not only mad but dare I say it,
unreceptive to everything. I saw only Black and more Black.
I was sure my moods had stabilized and were under control!
How wrong I was!
Only now am I beginning to see any sign of "forward".
I got to a stage of simple functioning almost a walking ghost or shell and itz only a medical intervention and lots of calls back home thatz stabilized and allowed me to realize family and friends are the only thing that matter in this world!
Cooler nights and some very strong sleepers from the Doc have allowed me 2 once again begin the task of getting the Yot ready 4 sea.
-----------------------------------------------------
After wot seems an eternity but in reality was just a few weex I'm well on the road to some kind of recovery.

Robert has headed south on his journey and I'm itching to take the next step of mine.
Galleycat is "really" organised as it was this mundane task that I used during my down stage.
This week will see the Yot up on the slip again 4 her final paint job!
Yes, this is it ! a shiny new splash of paint then a few stickers and flags then itz off to The Reef for a few weex of R & R plus a practical trial of all systems.
The dinghy loading is sorted, the solar and wind charging is up to speed, the donx have been serviced (again) and the fridges are working brilliantly.
She's about as ready as I can make her.
I still need a new genset and to fill the fuel tanks but the work is as good as done!
While I've was a "zombie" I spent many dayz sanding and painting Richard and Kenny's project boat "vision". She is now shiny white and ready for a coat of non slip deck paint and a few stickers too.
Between daythyme sanding and nitethyme sorting and cleaning I basically wore myself out to the stage that the sleeping tablets worked again.
The dinghy has itz fender rubber around the gunnel (outside edge) this should limit the amount of scratchez and ding on the new paintwork.
Lots of work and dust is in my future!
Still it will be worth it!
A minor change of planz, with the spring tides upon us I'm able to float Galleycat onto the vacant area behind my normal mooring area. This means the paint job must be completed B4 the end of the week so I can float out again on Friday or Saturday at the latest.
So as usual itz head down bum up in an effort to meet an impossible deadline!
I will be glad to finish this task and get out to the reef once again!
