"REEL FREINDS"

"WAT A WEEK ITZ BEAN"
If I let you know just half of this weex activities, you'd cry! (really)
 So I'll keep it pleasant!
The week began with me questioning my life judgement          (yet again!)
However the week has ended with TRUE FREINDS! (no spelling mistake). While I was at my lowest point for the longest thyme I care 2 remember, reel friends on the other side of this cuntry were plotting a weigh out of the mire!
Friday morning a "package" arrived at "THE TABLE OF WISDOM!"
This package contained a fishing reel, not just any reel, but a
Diawa Saltist LD35  no less! (only a few will realise).Carl!
This was a special "birthmas" present from Brad and Miss D !
This brightened an otherwise bleak and very dark week.
I've kept myself busy (task focusing) preparing Galleycat 4 her next trip to "The Reef ", This will be Monday or prehaps Sunday this week.(depends on the V8 racing). The mackerel are running so I figure itz thyme 2 catch a few.
The new front deck is now complete afta lotz of rethunks and fudgeing. The whole thing is now secure and ball tearer strong. I've got to the stage of adding the finishing touches such as rod holderz and trimz.
This really completes' The Yot! In many senses of the word. I can now safely head 2 sea without falling overboard or lacking in the basics of safety! The process is by no way complete BUT I'm closer now than I've eva bean.
And with this completion stage I find myself looking seaward with envious eyes 4 those that R leaving each day 2 catch spanish mackerel and coral trout.
"I'm now 1 of those lucky few!"

Howeva there R a still a few small tasks requiring my attention B4 I sever my ties with society!
2day I spent the morning securing the wind gener8orz! Extra bracing made of 25mm solid stainless bar has been added 2 make the supportz supa strong. I've also spent a few dayz making a couple of reef anchors in preparation (wkoa) 4 this next trip, these anchors are a radical departure from the standard reef anchor we use in Western Aus.
I'll spend the mornings of this weekend shortening my "ready for sea" list making minor changes and repairs to what is now a realistic sea going vessel!
With the "Negative" vibes of this week, it was FOOD that waz used to lift everyones spirits!
A "very" special Friday lunch of fresh crumbed Spanish mackerel, served with 3 fresh salads and sauces was just wat the doctor ordered.
 Enjoyed by all!
We need a bigger table, more chairs! and a lazy "susan or marie" or who ever!
Kenny and myself are in the final stages of preparing for a few dayz at the reef in search of good fish. (this I'm really looking 4ward 2), However the next trip will B just me!
I need some thyme away from people at the moment, to re-assess my faith in basic human nature.
On the uther side of this really big Island, Brother Andrew is on the mend (thankfully), Mum and Dads' new house is finally underweigh, Brad and Dee R evaluating there currant business worth while eating olives and Greek fetta and Big Ash fell off a Big wall  (Humpty Dumpty, comes 2 mind).
Itz thyme to go and check my mudcrab trapz, So thatz all folks!

Enjoy this coming week,'cos I know I will!
Captain felix.
P.S
Just got bak! 5 females ,2 males loox like mudcrab 4 dinner!
God I love my life!
Cheerz!
